Stutter Generator

Note: Stutters will not occur if the program is very light on the CPU.

If you want to know what it's like to have a million background programs that hog your CPU at the worst times, then you're not alone! Stutter Generator lets you experiences all the hitches and stutters you want in whatever game you want to play! There's a timer showing you how much longer you have until a stutter will occur.  In addition, there are two avenues of customization:

• The switch on the top right toggles a sound indicating when the stutter is supposed to occur
• The bar on the bottom sets when the next stutter will happen
